I’m always looking for dessert trends and then think, “how can I make this into a cheesecake?” Well in the last few weeks, one has popped up? It’s called Dalgona Coffee and it’s amazing and I have to put it on a cheesecake.
Dalgona Coffee Cheesecake

The foamy, glossy coffee confection from Tik Tok is now a delicious cheesecake topping.
Ingredients
- 3 TBSP of Instant Espresso Powder
- 4 TBSP of Granulated Sugar
- 3 TBSP of Hot Water
Instructions
- Add the ingredients to a bowl and beat with an electric mixer or whisk until you get stiff peaks.
- Spread the topping on the cheesecake.
