Hi Everyone! It’s still very hot here in New Hampshire and I gotta tell ya, all I am craving is fruit! So I got to thinking “What’s a great food to pair with fruit?” Cheesecake Dip of course! There are so many savory dips out there. Sweet dip doesn’t get enough of a spotlight. That’s about to change. I’m gonna show you how to make a great dip for a party or just a snack for yourself.

I wanted to make sure this was light, fluffy and a great party food for those mid summer parties. It’s sweet but not too sweet because what you are dipping it into is already sweet. This cheesecake dip is made kind of like my no bake cheesecake recipe in that whipped cream is folded into a mixture of the other ingredients to give it some lightness. The ingredients and quantities however, are a little different.

Now ,you do have options with this. I made half vanilla and half chocolate cheesecake dip but you could always do all vanilla if you wanted, or all chocolate, or you could do like I did and marble a mixture of both.

I hope you make this for a party or as just a snack. You won’t regret it. You can serve this with any fruit and it’s great with crackers or cookies. It’s incredible with animal crackers. Also, this is a great recipe to make with kids because it is so simple to put together. I hope you all enjoy this and I will see you next week with another recipe.

  1. I love cheesecake dips! I bought some from Publix and it was so good but expensive, I’ll have to make my own with your recipe!

    1. I bet it would be amazing heated up in a fondue pot. Yeah the yogurt definitely makes it creamier and cuts down on the sweetness. Also gives it a little bit of that cheesecake tang.
