As promised, today I am going to share with you a recipe that uses the jalapeño jam that I made last week.  Today we will be making a delicious jalapeño, bacon cheese ball recipe. This cheese ball has bacon running throughout and then jalapeño jam swirled on.

Bacon, Jalapeno Cheese Ball Recipe: The Bacon

For this jalapeño, bacon cheese ball recipe you must first prepare the bacon.  The method that you use isn’t very important but it is however important that you cook this until crispy.  Biting down on a fatty piece of bacon in this configuration will be very off putting.  I used just 1 slice.  First crisp it up and then cut it into small pieces.
