Hi Everyone! Happy Valentine’s Day! Today I decided to make a very simple yet elegant and delicious Strawberry Oreo Pudding Cake.

As some of you know, I am on a mission go through and make a version of the Oreo pudding cake for every Oreo that exists.

Let’s Break It Down

Home Clumsy Cakes

I made the original Oreo pudding cake with just original Oreos. That one has chocolate pudding and the cool whip and cream cheese mixture.

I have made a golden Oreo version . That one had fruit and vanilla pudding and of course the cool whip and cream cheese mixture.

Also there is a mint oreo version for St. Patrick’s Day that I did on the combinegoodflavor website as a guest post.

Valentine’s Day Strawberry Oreo Pudding Cake

This time around, I took the strawberry cheesecake Oreo cookie and paired them with chocolate pudding, the cool whip and cream cheese mixture and fresh strawberries to create a date night version.

There are 2 ways to turn Oreo cookies into crumbs:

Ziplock Bag and a Rolling Pin:

This technique is very simple, just put your cookies in a ziplock bag and bash them up. A lot of people use a rolling pin but I like to use a meat tenderizer because it has a handle.

Just easier. I like to use this technique if I want bigger crumbs for a little more texture. So that is what I like to use for this recipe. As opposed to a cheesecake crust where I want finer crumbs.

Food Processor:

This technique is a little easier. Just put the cookies in the food processor and pulse it up. Like I said before just pulse it up until you get the texture that you want. If you want bigger crumbs pulse it less. If you want smaller pulse it more.

The other elements are just chocolate pudding and a cream filling.

I did not put whipped cream in this dessert but by all means you could. If you need a great recipe with whipped up heavy whipping cream and gelatin, Click here.  Same with powdered sugar.

These are plenty of other things that you can do with strawberry cheesecake Oreos. You can even make a strawberry oreo cheesecake.

If you want you want to make a no bake strawberry cheesecake and you need a cheesecake batter recipe click here for a base recipe.  If you want to make a baked one, click here. You could also make any cheesecake into cheesecake bars.

I hope you all try this recipe. I know you will love it.

You can make this for just 2 or you can use the whole packet of pudding and the whole recipe of the cool whip and cream cheese mixture and a few more strawberries and Oreos to make many individual parfaits.

I hope you have a happy valentines day and I will see you all next time. Bye.
