This week I made a very simple and straight forward recipe for some peanut butter blossoms.  Growing up my grandmother would make peanut butter blossoms for me and I always thought they were called, peanut butter kiss cookies.  So that is also a name for them.  Whatever you want to call these, they are a simple peanut butter cookie with a Hershey’s kiss in the middle.  These cookies are very old but very timeless and even more delicious.  So let’s get started.

Now, I coated these in a cocoa powder mixture that was sweetened with some confectioners sugar because I used unsweetened cocoa powder but these can be coated in many different confections like granulated sugar for a crunchy coating or different colored sanding sugar or you could try this option for almost a Reeses peanut butter cup feel or even leave them plain.  I grew up with them plain.  There is something beautiful about simplicity.  Sometimes I go a little crazy with making my recipes this flavor and that flavor because I have a lot of fun with it but sometime minimal is best.

I think that this recipe is pretty straight forward, so I don’t want to bore you with a bunch of information that you already know or is already written down below in the recipe, but as always if you have any question you can comment down below or reach out to me on any of my social medias.  There is also a video down below of the recipe.  Follow me on the blog or my YouTube for me delicious recipes and I will see you next time. Bye.
