Sugar free should never be gross or just something you settle for.  This mixed berry compote is made with stevia.  And the berries I used was blueberry, blackberry and raspberry.  It made this gorgeous purply/pink color that I adore.

Mixed Berry Compote (Sugar Free)

Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 15 minutes

Just a very simple compote sauce with raspberry,blackberry and strawberry

Ingredients

  • 10 Oz of Mixed Berries
  • 1 TBSP of Stevia
  • 1 Squeeze of Lemon

Instructions

  1. Place the berries in a small sauce pot and place it under medium/low heat. Cook for 10 minutes or until the berries are cooked down to a juice or to your liking.
  2. Shut off the heat and add the sugar and the lemon. Stir to combine.
  3. Transfer to another bowl and place it in the fridge to cool before you put it on the cheesecake.
