Hi everyone, so this recipe is less of a recipe and more of an idea of how to make granola.  The base of the mix of course is oats  but then the sky is the limit.  I used a mixture of nuts and seeds, but you can use dried fruits, chocolate chips, etc.  Whatever you like.

And then you need to make a sure to make the mixture stick together.  I used peanut butter, honey and coconut oil.  The only rule here is you want the sauce to not be too loose because the granola will end up too soggy.  you could use something as simple as just honey to get the oats of stick together.  all you have to do is bake the mixture on a sheet tray until golden brown.

This granola is delicious on so many things.  You can eat it with yogurt and fresh fruit, on top of an açaí or smoothie bowl, even on top of iced cream.  If all else fails, it’s a delicious snack just by itself.

I hope you all enjoy this recipe and thank you all for reading.  If you recreate this, please tag me on social media so I can see.  If you enjoyed this recipe, please consider subscribing.  This way, you can get emails every time I post.  Have an amazing week and I will see you all in the next one.
