Easy Easter Cheesecake Bark.

Easy Easter Cheesecake Bark: The Process

This process just entails taking cream cheese, greek yogurt, sugar and vanilla extract and creaming it up and freezing it, then spreading it out on a parchment paper lined sheet pan.  Add toppings and freeze.  That’s it.  Just after frozen you can cut this up any way you like.  I chose little irregular shapes.  Some triangles, some squares, some rectangles.  I topped it with jelly beans and caramel but you can use whatever you like.  Some other ideas would be cut up fruit, M&M’s, Reese’s Piece’s, chocolate drizzle, and chopped up candy bars just to name a few.

I hope you all enjoy this recipe and I hope you have an amazing Easter.  I know it’s scary right now and gatherings have to be a little smaller but I believe there is always a way to change things up and make the best out of every situation.  I hope this cheesecake bark helps.  Have fun with your kids with this and make the best of the day.  I hope you have a wonderful holiday and I will see you all next time.
