Hi guys! I’m Aimee. So let me tell you a little bit about me and what brought me here. I was born with Spina Bifida which is a condition that really effects my balance. So, as much as I love and have a passion for baking, it’s a little bit difficult to work in the field because well, I’m clumsy. So it’s…… “interesting” to watch me in the kitchen. And I know I’m not alone. There are plenty of people that want to create something gorgeous and “Instagram worthy” but they just don’t have that gene. Well, let’s do it together. Let’s fight against the “klutz” gene and make something amazing!

Sweet is great and all but once in a while it's good to take a dive into the savory realm. Thats why is jalapino jam is great. Trusm me, I am a baby with spice so using jalapinos for this is perfect. Not too hot at all. And it's great on bagels, burgers, even on crackers.
I once was forming my cookie dough into cookies and dropped like half the dough on the floor..... oops.
I am craving one of these right about now. When the weather is chilly, all I want is to curl up on the couch with some coffee cake. Who can relate?

This is the mantra that I want you to repeat to yourself everytime you bake. Especually if you are a mess in the kitchen like I am and somemtimes a little embarressed about it. But just have fun, laugh. Enjoy the moment, make a mess, dance and remember, practice makes perfect.
Does anyone remember these? I am so obsessed with these! Copycat Cosmic Brownies! If you have never had a cosmic brownie, they area fudgy chocolate brownie with a thick ganache on top and rainbow candies.
